Zucchini Orzo with Chicken Meatballs, Ricotta and Honey Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms

We started receiving vegetable baskets again. Fresh vegetables taste so much better than the ones sold at the local grocery store. It's great to know that they were probably picked this morning.

Zucchini blossoms are usually deep fried but we decided to stuff them with a mixture of ricotta and honey and lightly grill them in a pan. They were the perfect side dish to accompany the zucchini orzo and chicken meatballs.

Our basket also included fresh lemon basil and garlic that we added to mix.
